The decision tournament
Can't decide?
Let them fight.
Dump your options below. BracketIt pits them head-to-head in a knockout bracket — you pick the winner of each duel, and one champion is crowned. The fun, decisive way to choose.
Which one wins?
CHAMPION
—
How it works
Three rounds to a decision.
Drop the contenders
List anything you're torn between — 2 to 32 options. Restaurants, names, movies, job offers, holiday spots, gym days. No account, no setup.
Play the knockout
BracketIt pairs them off and asks you one simple question over and over: this one or that one? Winners advance, losers are out. Gut calls only.
Crown the champion
One option survives. BracketIt reveals your winner and explains why it makes sense — plus a line you can drop in the group chat to end the debate.
Use it for
Anything you keep going back and forth on.
Where to eat
Settle the group-chat food debate in 30 seconds.
What to watch
Six tabs open, no decision? Bracket the watchlist.
Baby names
Run the shortlist head-to-head until one wins.
Job offers
Force the trade-offs into the open, pick by pick.
Where to travel
Five dream trips, one budget. Let them duel.
Names & logos
Brand, band, pet, project — crown the favourite.
Big purchases
Cars, phones, sofas — bracket the finalists.
Just for fun
Best pizza topping. Greatest superhero. Settle it.
Why a bracket
Big lists freeze you. Two choices don't.
When everything's on the table at once, your brain stalls. A knockout bracket only ever asks you to compare two things — the one decision people are actually good at. Round by round, the field shrinks, the trade-offs get obvious, and a clear winner falls out the bottom. It's decisive, it's weirdly fun, and you end up trusting the result because you made every call.

The project
Made for the chronically indecisive.
BracketIt is an independent project built on a simple hunch: the reason we can't decide isn't that we lack options — it's that we have too many at once. So instead of one more list or pros-and-cons grid, BracketIt turns your choice into a game you can't lose: every round is just two things, you pick the one you like more, and the winner earns it. No sign-up, no tracking, no stored data — just point, tap, and finally decide.

Questions
Quick answers.
Does the AI decide for me?
No — you pick the winner of every matchup. BracketIt just runs the tournament and, at the end, explains why your champion makes sense and writes a shareable line. You stay in control of every call.
What if I have an odd number of options?
No problem. BracketIt automatically gives some contenders a "bye" (a free pass) in the first round so the bracket still works with any number from 2 to 32.
Do you store my options or choices?
No. Brackets run in your browser and nothing you enter is saved. The only thing we keep is your email — and only if you subscribe for launch updates.
Is it really free?
Yes. Unlimited brackets, free forever. Plus and Teams add saved history, live group voting, and exports for people who want more.
Get Plus at launch.
One email when saved history, live group voting, and weighted brackets open up. No noise.
